Renew before your domain expires to keep using its name for your website and email.
Before you start
Renewal options vary by extension and status. Do not assume every payment or transfer adds a year.
What to do
- Sign in and open Domains, or find the domain under Services if your portal combines them.
- Choose Manage and check its expiry date and renewal details.
- If Renew is available, choose an offered period and confirm the price.
- If a renewal invoice already exists, pay that invoice instead of creating a duplicate renewal order.
- After payment is processed, recheck the domain status and expiry date.
Check the result
An updated expiry date confirms the registrar renewal. Paying an invoice and completing a renewal are separate events.
If you need a hand
If Renew is missing or the expiry date does not update, send support the domain and invoice number. An expired domain may need recovery instead.
Open a support request. Include the affected domain and what you tried. Leave out passwords, full payment details, and private keys.
