Getting started: which login should I use?

Your account portal, hosting panel, WordPress dashboard and webmail each have a different job.

What to do

  1. Use https://my.buildwithpurpose.ca/client/login/ for invoices, domains, service details and support.
  2. Use the DirectAdmin URL from your welcome message or hosting service for files, DNS, mailboxes and apps.
  3. Use your own website WordPress admin link to edit its pages. It is normally /wp-admin/ unless you changed it.
  4. Use your hosting webmail link with the full mailbox address and its password to read email.

Check the result

Bookmark the confirmed URLs and label the separate credentials in your password manager.

If you need a hand

Reset the password for the system you cannot access. A client portal reset will not reset all the others.

Open a support request. Include the affected domain and what you tried. Leave out passwords, full payment details, and private keys.
