What to do
- Log in and open the domain you want to change.
- Look for Contact Information or WHOIS Contacts in its management options.
- Update only the contacts you are authorised to change, then save.
- Complete any verification or approval email and check the saved contact information.
Check the result
Public lookup tools may hide personal information and do not show every contact field.
If you need a hand
If contact editing is unavailable, ask support. Check potential transfer restrictions before changing registrant details on a domain you intend to move.
Open a support request. Include the affected domain and what you tried. Leave out passwords, full payment details, and private keys.
