How to request a hosting plan change

Choose a package around what you need more of, rather than guessing.

What to do

  1. Open the hosting service and review its current package and billing term.
  2. Note what you need: more websites, storage, email or hands-on care.
  3. Use the package-change action if offered, or open a support request naming the service.
  4. Review the price, any prorated charge and the timing before approving a change.
  5. After processing, check the service details and panel allowances.

Check the result

The new package and renewal rate should match what you agreed to.

If you need a hand

Before downgrading, ask us to check usage. A package upgrade does not automatically fix every performance issue.

Open a support request. Include the affected domain and what you tried. Leave out passwords, full payment details, and private keys.
