How to create an email forwarder

Forward messages without confusing a forwarding address with a mailbox.

What to do

  1. Select the domain and open E-mail Manager > Forwarders.
  2. Create the source address and destination.
  3. Check spelling and save.
  4. Send a test from an unrelated external address.
  5. Check the destination inbox and spam folder.

Check the result

A forwarder alone does not provide a mailbox password or send-as access.

If you need a hand

Avoid forwarding loops. Share any rejection error with support. If the source is also a mailbox, check whether it retains a local copy.

Open a support request. Include the affected domain and what you tried. Leave out passwords, full payment details, and private keys.
