Create the hosting entry before uploading a website or installing an app.
What to do
- Use Account Manager > Domain Setup for another domain, or Subdomain Management for a subdomain.
- Enter the hostname without https:// or a page path.
- Review the package website allowance and create the entry.
- Point its DNS to the account using the server details we supply.
- Check the new document root in File Manager or Softaculous before adding content.
Check the result
A hosting entry does not register a domain name or guarantee its DNS and HTTPS are ready.
If you need a hand
If the panel reports a limit or duplicate domain, contact support instead of deleting an existing website.
Open a support request. Include the affected domain and what you tried. Leave out passwords, full payment details, and private keys.
