Create a mailbox on your domain, such as hello@yourdomain.ca.
What to do
- Select the domain and open E-mail Manager > E-mail Accounts.
- Choose Create Account and enter the mailbox name.
- Set a strong password and a quota within your allowance.
- Create it and save the full address and connection settings.
- Test sending and receiving through webmail with an external inbox.
Check the result
Test both directions; creating a mailbox does not automatically move mail DNS.
If you need a hand
If email is hosted elsewhere, confirm the intended provider before changing MX records.
Open a support request. Include the affected domain and what you tried. Leave out passwords, full payment details, and private keys.
