Let visitors use HTTPS without a self-signed certificate warning.
Before you start
Leave a working certificate in place until its replacement is ready.
What to do
- Confirm the selected domain and subdomains point to this server.
- Open SSL/TLS Certificates for the domain.
- Choose automatic ACME or Let’s Encrypt provisioning where offered.
- Select only the names needed and start provisioning.
- Check the exact hostname over HTTPS and review renewal status.
Check the result
The browser should accept the certificate without a trust warning.
If you need a hand
Send failed validation messages to support rather than repeatedly requesting certificates. Wildcards can require DNS validation.
Open a support request. Include the affected domain and what you tried. Leave out passwords, full payment details, and private keys.
